Kit features:
Pushbutton Shifting - Three buttons to mount on your steering wheel the way you want. Works as thumb buttons or as part of a paddle shift setup.
Full-throttle Upshifts – No backing off the throttle or clutch action needed. Engine power loss timing is adjustable to minimise coasting during shifts.
Clutched Downshifts - When the driver presses the downshift button the kart will clutch in and shift. The clutch stays held in until the driver releases
the button to allow for rev-matching. Multiple rapid downshifts into corners are now possible. Clutch release rate is fully adjustable.
Launch Control – Pressing the button shifts the transmission into gear and holds in the clutch. At first sight of green the driver releases the button and
ShiftFX controls the clutch release rate. Clutch-in point and clutch release rate are adjustable to allow for maximum acceleration. During the launch sequence the driver maintains control of the throttle.
Manual Clutch Override – The patented clutch cable assembly can be connected to a hand or foot lever to allow the driver to modulate the clutch during
slow speed manouevres. Can be used during hard braking or to prevent stalls during spin-outs.
CO2 Powered - Our 9oz CO2 system will deliver 1000
SHIFTS per charge! The pressure is held constant with a quality
CO2 regulator. The DOT1800 bottle is black powder coated and includes a ON/OFF
valve for fast change out. The bottle is refillable at most sports shops and
paintball fields.
Digital Control - Biperformance has been perfecting their digital shift
boxes since 2003. Shift times as low as 50 milliseconds are possible depending on
bike setup. The shift happens regardless of how short or how long the button is
held. ShiftFX delivers the same solid shift everytime!
